I. Initial Situation analysis and evaluation

II Recommendations:

Based on experience, meetings with management, shareholders, employees, banks, legal council and any other key stakeholders, outline recommended approach and benchmarks. Realizing approach changes if with time more facts provide need to change strategy or assumptions need to change.

III. Implementation

Put team together to make sure plan is implemented properly coordinating efforts and talents.

Will include knowing where to get the right resources in place quickly to implement the plan which may/will include :
  • management of Real Estate issues
  • personnel changes
  • organization changes
  • liquidating part of business
  • include customer communication and/or vendor communication
  • Will include weekly projections and events and tracking to projections
