Finding the best solutions has made us succesful meeting some of the most demanding challenges in the marketplace.

John M Moore- Founder
John's brings more than 15 years of automotive industry experience to Auto Business Consultants. John's strengths include knowledge of the operations of auto dealerships, his experience operating multiple dealerships, contacts within the industry, and the ability to motivate all parties toward a common goal. Whether working with the dealer, manufacturer, the bank, or other third party entities, John can play a key role negotiating the best possible solution for our clients.
John is a fourth generation dealer and partner in fourteen successful franchise dealerships that sell approximately 7000 vehicles per year. John is also the founder of CarJockey.com, a used vehicle locator for franchised dealers. John holds a B.S. in Economics from Centre College and a MBA from Indiana University.

Wyndall Smith- Dealership Management and Fixed Operations Specialist
Wyndall brings more than 10 years of experience in the automotive industry.  Wyndall's strengths include sales management, sales and service marketing, Internet marketing, and fixed operations.  Wyndall has held the positions of General Manager, Sales Manager, and Service Manager in multiple dealerships.  Wyndall holds a BS in Business from the University of Kentucky.

Stephen Boggess- Dealership Management Specialist
Stephen has 18 years of experience in the automotive industry.  Stephen’s strengths include knowledge of overall dealership operations from the dealer level to customer contact, personnel evaluation and coaching, and his experience working with dealers in buy/sell transactions.   Stephen was formerly an owner/partner and executive manager of a multi-franchise auto dealership.  He has also held the positions of Dealer Consultant for a dealership brokerage firm and Dealer Development Manager for a national F&I provider and dealership training company.  Stephen holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Kentucky and is a graduate of the NADA Dealer Candidate Academy.

Bob Leasure has 20 years of experience in management primarily in dealing with turnaround situations. Bob's strengths are as a negotiator , bank communications and negotiations , overall strategy for operations and or liquidations of businesses. His experience includes leading companies through Chapter 11 as well as buying and selling companies and/or assets in and out of bankruptcy.

He has successfully bought and sold his own businesses and has put together numerous acquisition, sale and refinancing deals for others. Bob has also served as owner, CEO, President, Trustee and CFO for various companies.

Julie A. Spencer, CPA
Julie's strength is in identifying other assets and assimilating the information to create reporting and data to make educated decisions.

Julie Spencer has 12 years of experience providing financial and management services. Her experience includes serving as controller, management team member and/or advisor for corporations and other entities in the service and manufacturing industries, real estate market, non- profit sector and the entertainment industry.
